Tired of your wig looking like who did it and why?? Tracks are loose and have a mind of their own. The elastic band is gone and you don't know where it is? And not to mention your frontal/closure has bald spots. I'm here to solve all that. I can repair your wig and get it back looking new. The wig will be sewing machine made or hand sewed depending on what the original state the wig was created in. The wig revamp service will contain the following :
 
 
Shampoo, Deep Conditioning, Tighten Tracks, New Frontal(13x4)/Closure(4x4),Styled, Bleached Knots, Customized Hairline
 
Wigs are handmade/ sewing machine made and takes 5 business days to create unless the volume is high then the date is pushed back a week. I will notify you via email if volume is high.
 
 
*If you would like baby hairs please add that in the notes during checkout.
 
*Also the lengths that are listed are the length of the new frontal/closure you would like, NOT the length of the wig. The wig can be any length.

  • Ordering Process

    The Ordering Process

    1)      You pay for your order 

    2)      You will receive an Order Confirmation Email through Stripe

    3)      The Processing period begins after the payment has been confirmed into my account.Processing time is 3-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

    4)      After the processing period is over, you will receive another email on the shipment with tracking number.

    5)      Your package is shipped off via USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days US) (6-10 business days International)


    PROCESSING TIME 

    This is the time it takes to receive hair from our trusted vendors and enough time for Quality control. It allows us to test out all bundles to make sure they meet our quality standards. Anything we find wrong will immediately be fixed by contacting our vendor and having them send out new bundles for the wigs if necessary to ensure that you receive the BEST product. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check you spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us.

    Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

    • (United States) 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail
    • (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail
    • This time does not include the processing period
    • Expect delays during sales periods & holidays.

  • Refunds/Returns

    REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. Hair extensions/wigs cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
    • If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.
    • Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.
